Drilling Supervision & Execution: Direct and supervise rig

site operations to ensure all well programs are executed

safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with approved

procedures.

​Contractor & Rig Oversight: Manage drilling contractors,

service companies, and third-party vendors on site to

ensure high operational standards and contractual

compliance.

​SIMOPS Coordination: Coordinate simultaneous

operations (SIMOPS) effectively across multi-disciplinary

site activities to maintain safety and mitigate operational

interference.

​Operational Planning & Troubleshooting: Proactively

identify downhole and surface challenges, troubleshoot

operational bottlenecks, and implement effective

technical solutions.

​Performance Optimization: Drive drilling optimization

metrics, reduce non-productive time (NPT), and uphold

company safety and environmental protocols at all times.

​Candidate Profile

​Experience: 20+ years of comprehensive drilling

operations and supervisory experience in the upstream

oil and gas industry.

​Specialized Expertise: Extensive experience in Jurassic

drilling operations, hands-on leadership in SIMOPS, and

an established track record in complex deep well

environments are mandatory.

​Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Petroleum Engineering,

Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent operational

credential; valid IWCF/IADC Well Control Certification.
