Key Responsibilities

HSE Field Leadership: Provide direct safety leadership and operational support across active drilling rigs and production field environments.

KOC Compliance & Risk Governance: Ensure rigorous adherence to KOC HSE standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements through proactive hazard identification and comprehensive risk assessments.

SIMOPS Coordination: Manage and coordinate simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) to safeguard multi-team site activities and eliminate operational conflicts.

Permit-to-Work (PTW) Oversight: Administer and enforce strict compliance with Permit-to-Work systems, job safety analyses (JSAs), and safe systems of work across all site jobs.

Incident Prevention & Safety Culture: Drive incident prevention initiatives, conduct thorough safety audits, and lead root-cause investigations to promote continuous safety improvement.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 15+ years of hands-on HSE experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.

Critical Operational Track Record: Demonstrated experience in Jurassic field operations and extensive leadership in SIMOPS management are mandatory.

Qualifications: Relevant university degree or technical HSE diploma; recognized certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC/Diploma, IOSH, or equivalent) are highly preferred.
